Fail-Safe Control Modules
The system uses one of two methods to automatically lower the dump body when an unsafe condition is detected:
- Air Valve Kit: Sends a signal to reverse the pump controller, switching the lift direction to lower the body.
- Hydraulic Valve Kit: Opens an internal hydraulic port to immediately release lifting pressure back into the reservoir.
Integrated Wireless Control
- A push-button wireless receiver is installed in the tractor cab.
- The system blocks PTO engagement unless a safe signal is received from the trailer sensor.
- Drivers cannot operate the lift unless the system confirms it is safe to proceed.
- If a dangerous tilt occurs during lift, the system automatically lowers the bed.
Secure Configuration & Customization
Adjusting system sensitivity and safety thresholds is supervisor-controlled only via:
- Laptop & cable interface (for 2024 and earlier models)
- Wireless HMI tablet (for 2025+ models)
Power Management & Redundancy
- Operates reliably on 12 to 60V DC, with full protection against voltage spikes, reverse polarity, and intermittent power.
- Optional capacitor battery pack ensures up to one hour of power in case of 7-way connector issues or accidental disconnection during dumping.
- Enables safe operation even in remote, unstable, or fast-changing environments.
